In alignment with CDC standards, we are taking all precautions necessary to ensure your health + safety when you walk through our doors.  Enhanced sanitizing procedures and proper facial coverage protocols will be adhered to at all times, so you can unwind with ease during your treatment get maximum benefit.

ABOUT PAYMENTS

We have a safe, low-contact protocol for taking cash and checks (which continues to be our preferred payment method). If you prefer to pay with a card, know that the device we use for card processing is sanitized after each client.

As you prepare for your first visit back, what can you expect from your session at  Blossom Ayurveda as we adapt to this new reality?

What we are doing:

  • Cleaning EVERYTHING! We have embraced new protocols of sanitation that are happening in between each client. We are going the extra miles to keep all surfaces sanitized. We always use fresh linen (including blankets) for each session.

  • We commit to wearing our face coverings at all times.

  • As always, we wash our hands - A LOT!

  • We have shifted a few things around the office to make sure all surfaces are easy to clean and require minimum contact (and brought more plants! Yay, clean air!).

  • Marisa and Joanie have both passed their VOSHA training and taken the Montpelier Way Pledge.

  • We continue to educate ourselves on new developments and safety recommendations and keep our procedures up to date.

  • We trust you to take the necessary precautions to keep us safe, too!

What we expect from you:

  • If you are sick/experience flu-like symptoms or shortness of breath, if you have been in contact with someone with symptoms or who was tested Covid-positive in the last 14 days: you will choose to reschedule.

    • However, if you need to cancel and reschedule your appointment for health reasons within our 24 hour cancellation policy, there will be no penalty to you.

    • Please give us as much notice as possible if you are experiencing symptoms.

  • Help us transition to digital health intake forms:

    • All clients are required to complete a new digital health form even if they have already filled a paper version in the past. You will see a link in your appointment confirmation email.

    • It is your responsibility to update this document with any new health information before each return appointment.

  • We will do additional health screening (including taking your temperature with a touchless thermometer as required by the State) and we will ask you to sign a COVID-19-specific waiver before your session.

  • You will wear your face covering at all times* (*we have options for those who may have trouble breathing when face down in the face cradle. Otherwise, all clients must wear a mask when face up or while in the building)

  • Please sanitize or thoroughly wash hands when entering our office. We have many hand sanitizing stations, including one right by our entrance door.

  • Only one client at a time is permitted in each room. If you arrive early for your appointment, you will be guided to a clean waiting area until we are ready to welcome you into the treatment room.

  • Please bring your own water or tea to your appointment.

  • Trust that you are entering a clean, safe space for you to relax and rejuvenate!
