Initial Consultation

During this 90 minute session, your ayurvedic health counselor will review your health history, daily habits/routines, diet, and unique constitution. Ayurveda offers powerful insights on living in balance with the seasons, tools to manage specific health concerns naturally, and helps to deepen awareness of your individual needs. Your treatment plan may include diet, lifestyle and herbal remedy recommendations, aromatherapy, holistic bodywork, yoga therapy and pranayama (breathwork).

90 minutes: $120

Follow Up Consultation

A wonderful way to stay present with your progress and keep diving deeper with the help of your Ayurvedic Health Counselor. Working together over a period of time to meet health goals can have a profound, multi-layered effect.

 

60 minutes: $70
